Never Gonna Give You Up
The end of the week (in terms of work) is upon us once more. The focus for me was to tweak the different values based on the new levels.
We have the Charge Jump implemented in the game after some hard work from our awesome programmers! Basically, the Charge Jump propels the player further up in the air, but you have to charge this special jump for it to have an effect. In addition, any nearby players are pushed back from the pressure of the Charge Jump. When we playtested, there was a lot of wonderful chaos.
We also had a group tournament at the end of the day during the weekly review, but sadly, I didn't win. Since I was the one who designed the levels, my shallow pride is somewhat wounded. I need to defend it better during the next tournament; I shan't give up!
